Office Administrator/Customer Service Advisor - Oakham, Rutland (October 2007)

(Part Time approx 20 hours per week)

Customer Service Advisor Required for Immediate Start - Tuesday to Friday 1pm till 5pm, possible Monday all day.

We require a friendly enthusiastic person to join our busy expanding team. As well as carrying out normal office administrative tasks, duties will include; Logging customer enquiries and queries, by telephone or face to face, onto the Company database, booking in Workshop Repairs & allocating jobs to engineers.

Previous administration experience would be preferred, experience using standard Microsoft programs is essential.

Salary is negotiable according to experience and ability.

Field Service/Workshop/Support Technician - Rutland (May 2007)

A further vacancy has arisen for a Computer Support Professional to work in our Oakham Computer Centre.

The successful candidate will be required to provide helpdesk support, carry out workshop repairs and provide support on our customers' sites in the Rutland area and nationwide and should have good knowledge of PCs, peripherals and networking, software and hardware troubleshooting. Server experience and especially Windows 2003 server experience is desirable.

You need to be presentable, articulate, mentally quick, well motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent problem solving abilities. All applicants must have a full and clean UK driving licence.

Salary is negotiable according to experience.

WEB Designer (May 2007)

Due to an unprecedented growth in this area, we now require a WEB Designer to contribute to our team.

You will work on several client projects at once and therefore must also have excellent time management skills. You will have experience with FLASH, HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop & Dreamweaver. You'll also have some experience with ASP, SQL or Oracle.

You will work from home or in the office as necessary.
