It
seems that several TD5 engines have failed due to the Oil Pump Sprocket
bolt coming loose or falling out. Having collected statistics via this
page about this problem from other owners of Discovery and Defenders TD5's
who have also experienced this problem ONLY DUE TO the Oil Pump
Sprocket bolt coming loose or falling, BBC Watchdog made a programme about
it which went out on 13th April 2004.
